Mark Cody Wrestling Camps are the best the country has to offer because they are designed with the complete wrestler in mind. World Class instruction will be given by clinicians who have competed and won on the National, World, and Olympic stages.
Mark Cody Wrestling Camps focus on every aspect of mat wrestling, as well as strength and conditioning, nutrition, sportsmanship, and a winning lifestyle off the mat. We teach what is needed to become a Champion both on and off the mat.
Our camps are constructed with a hands-on approach to teaching every aspect of the sport. Wrestlers of all ages and experience are welcome and encouraged to participate in our high-paced and competitive atmosphere. Our goal is that every camper leaves a better competitor both mentally and physically than when they arrive. |

In addition to our East Coast camps, we present an even more intense group of camps at our home facilities in July. We offer Kids Camp and two sessions each of Technique Camp & Team Camp. Campers are also invited to attend extended Eight-Day sessions of either Technique Camp or Intensive Camp:
