Check-in will be held from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on the first day of the camp session. All campers will report to the Walker Tower on the first day of their camp session.
 
Check-in location is Walker Tower, on Asp Avenue, south of Lindsey Street and south of Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. From I-35 take the Lindsey Street East exit. Follow Lindsey Street for approximately 2.5 miles to Asp Avenue. Turn right (south) onto Asp Avenue and proceed two (2) blocks. Walker Tower is the first tall residence hall on the right. (See Location & Facilities section for a printable map.)
 
Campers should not bring their luggage or equipment into Walker Tower during check-in.
 
At check-in, each camper/parent will:
 
- Pay tuition balance if not already paid in full (Credit/Debit Card, Money Order or Cash Only. No Personal Checks. See Balance Due section for details.)
 
- Designate the adult that will check out camper at the end of camp
 
- Turn in Minor's Release & Acknowledgement (Athletic Trainers will be available to discuss any questions or concerns regarding campers' medication or previous/existing injuries.)
 
- Receive room assignment, camp rules and camp schedule
 
 
Check-Out

Each camper must be checked out of camp by an authorized adult (designated at check-in) at the end of camp.
 
Check-out will be held after the last practice session has ended at the Huston Huffman Recreation Center located across the street from Walker Tower. (See Location & Facilities section for a printable map.)
 
After check-out, Overnight Campers must return to Walker Tower to turn in their room key, or both campers occupying that room will be charged a $10 lost-key fee.
