Team camp is designed for teams entering grade 7-12 who are seeking proven technique
instruction as well as a season’s worth of matches in one week. Team camp is a unique opportunity
to unify your team during the offseason through learning expert instruction and fighting
through great competition. One-on-one instruction is given to address each team’s needs. Test
your team’s current development against other teams from every region in the country. Teams
are encouraged to bring 12 or more participants for the dual tournament. Teams may be
combined if needed.

The technique camp is designed for beginning and advanced wrestlers alike who are entering
grades 7-12. Oklahoma’s unrivaled coaching staff will teach proven techniques in all facets of
the sport that are needed to win big. The positions and techniques demonstrated are backed by
success on the national, world, and Olympic stages. Wrestlers will learn technique through drill
sessions and test their knowledge with live wrestling each day. Come ready to learn championship
skills!

Kids camp is tailored to the age and ability of the younger wrestler who will be entering grades
K-6. Kids camp guarantees instruction for first time wrestlers as well as participants who have
been involved in the sport for years. This unique setup will allow the necessary workout
partners to help maximize the learning experience. This camp will lay the essential foundation
for successful wrestling careers while also cultivating the joy and appreciate of the sport. First
time wrestlers are encouraged to join us.

Intensive Camp | June 23-26, 2013

The intensive camp is designed for the more experienced and committed wrestlers entering
grades 7-12 who desire the opportunity to take their training to another level. Campers will
work alongside and be exposed to the training programs of current Oklahoma Sooner wrestlers.
The four-day course will include technique instruction, drill sessions, live wrestling, strength and
conditioning session and elite level competitive situations. Wrestlers should be prepared to be
taught and challenged by Olympic and World Team members as well as multiple National
Champions. Come ready to work for a CHAMPIONSHIP!

Father & Son Camp | July 12-14, 2013

This new camp experience is developed for fathers and sons (entering K-8th grade) to learn wrestling at a very basic level. Our coaches and staff will work to give the wrestlers the basic skills needed for a successful career as their fathers learn and work alongside them. More importantly, participants will be challenged and encouraged to strengthen the most important relational values needed for a healthy and productive relationship. By design, this is a resident camp only in hopes that fathers and sons can have an irreplaceable opportunity to grow closer through hard work and play.

Booster statement: It is not permissible for boosters to provide expenses for individuals to attend any of the University of Oklahoma Sports Camps. Expenses include but are not limited to, lodging, meals, transportation, and/or camp tuition. Exception: Boosters may provide expenses for his/her immediate family members to attend any camps. |
